I Respect the Remax Agents and Brokers and What They Represent

I joined the REMAX Agents Atlanta GA two and a half years ago and I absolutely love it.  I have been a realtor® for over a decade and I’ve been with a variety of Real Estate Brokerage Firms during that time.   Here’s why I chose REMAX:

1)    When I interviewed with Donna Armstrong (Owner/Broker) and Tom Fulkerson (Managing Broker), they told me that our office (REMAX Metro Atlanta Cityside) had the backing of a big corporation, but all the agents were entrepreneurs.  I really like being able to run my business the way I want and have support when I need it and no interference.

2)    I like the Big REMAX Brand!  Because of our corporate backing, we get free websites for the agents in our office and we leverage our size for national advertising.  They do area market analysis and have the information available for us to use in our presentations.  In addition, we get reduced rates with companies like RealValuator® and DotLoop®.  The tools provided by these companies are invaluable to my business.  Realvaluator® gives me a snapshot of the market over the last year in any given area.  I can see preforeclosure notices that have gone out and may indicate that there is going to be a huge downward pressure on prices in a particular area.  I have an advantage because I can warn homeowners about market pressures than can hurt them.  Having a home positioned properly in today’s market is critical and these tools really help.

3)    We have two office locations and both provide conference rooms and computers for meeting with clients.  The office staff is friendly and they always make a great impression.

4)    We have many of the top agents in the Atlanta area.  I love being able to talk with fellow agents about complicated negotiations or just exchange ideas about the market and what we see happening in it right now.

5)    We are professionals.  I like associating with people who invest in themselves and their business to be as professional as possible.  We are DOING the business of real estate every day.  In fact, we are up 23% over last year in terms of the amount of business we have transacted.  That number equates to $161,177,811 in sales volume through third quarter this year.

In a tough market, our office has seen increases in all but two months this year.  It’s because of the tough market that I am proud of my association with REMAX Metro Atlanta Cityside.  We are making a difference by helping homeowners get their homes sold for the most money possible.  We Remax Agents Atlanta GA also help buyers feel comfortable that their purchase is solid and a good investment.
